Christmas Gifts Given
Charm & Grace
Well, since the Christmas presents have now been given and warmly received, I can finally post pictures of the sketches that I did for my mom and for my parents-in-law.
First my mother and step-father’s home:

And the framed sketch accompanied by the note cards:

Next, the home of my hubby’s parents:

And finally, this piece framed with note cards made from the sketch:

My mother squealed with delight when she saw hers (which is very much her personality) and my mother-in-law’s eyes filled with tears when she saw hers (which is very much her personality!) All were happy to have the picture as well as the notecards… and they talked about “placing orders” for the cards as their next year’s Christmas Card. So, it was a very satisfying and wonderful feeling for me.
I am hoping you’re all enjoying your day after Christmas as much as I am. Blessings to all!

Merry Christmas Christi,
Your secret has been published!
I had no idea what a talented sketch artist you are.
You probably have so many secret talents it will take me a life time to know just 1/4 of them!
I am wondering if you could put us in line to sketch our house?
Hope to see you all soon.
Love from your Homewood pal.

God has blessed you with a great talent. They are lovely. I’m a little jealous because I wanted to make some of my christmas presents this year, and didn’t get to it. There is always next year, maybe I should start now. Happy New Year, I’m sure I will stop back sometime.

Dearest Christi!
I remember well the pages of Victoria that showed the cozy cottages…you did those renderings didn’t you:)
Thank you for sharing such a stunning little secret of your talent.
I wanted to surprise Dennis with a drawing of our cozy little cottage for Christmas, but the elderly lady became ill and could not consider it. She works in the Kinkade style and does such nice renderings. Ahh well…purchance to dream.
Thank you also for opening the tea parlor where we can all relax to our hearts content. I can not even begin to tell you how warm I feel there. I still enjoy RTL for the group it is…but you have made me call TB my home…..consider yourself showered with EDEN roses!
